You can't go wrong picking this house and Monika as a host for a great stay in Oxford. The house and garden were clean and well kept. It's very convenient to a local grocery store and to get buses into Oxford town center and Headington shops. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Monica was a joy as a host, always very responsive to any request sent to her email and very accommodating in adjusting our changing needs. Would definitely recommend Monika and this house to anyone looking to spend some time in Oxford for business or pleasure.

The place is located at headington area around 15 mins far from Oxford city by bus. Walking distance to Bus station by 5-10 mins from the place which at resident area. Car park is right at house premise with convenient. All interior facilities just like what Monika said.

Comfortable and homely. Clean and kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy . Nice quiet neighbourhood with easy access to public transport links to city centre(city centre also easily walkable-about 3miles). Also good location for access to bypass and getting out to countryside. Monika communicated well and made us feel very welcome and made sure everything was ok. Great that little things like washing up liquid/dishcloth and scourer, tea towels/ oven gloves /liquid soaps/ kitchen roll/ salt/pepper were there to use. Was lovely weather so we enjoyed the garden( even at end of November) . The central heating system (& control )and hot water were great. Excellent that you can park on the drive at the property. Would highly recommend.

This place had a wonderful backyard and was well set up for families. We are a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids under 9) and stayed for a month. The hosts were also excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Including rushing over with a toolbox in just 10 minutes after our youngest locked himself in the bathroom. 3 bedrooms, all with double beds (no king bed). Plus a portacot (we didn’t use it, but saw it in the cupboard) and a sofa bed. Single bathroom, with good water pressure. And an extra downstairs toilet. The wifi was patchy - fine for day to day, but you wouldn’t be able to seriously work from it as it regularly was offline. The location was central, but nothing great locally. You could easily walk or cycle into Headington or Oxford (15mins+). And local bus runs regularly. The yard was huge by English standards. We immediately went out and got balls for the kids to play with. The yard has fresh raspberries, blackberries and other fruit growing, which the kids loved picking and eating fresh. It was a great place to make home for us for the month.
