Nous avions sélectionné l’appartement de Bonnie à cause de sa proximité de la maison de nos enfants et nous avons pu ainsi passer les journées avec eux. C’est très bien pour un pied à terre (puisque il y a une chambre et une cuisine, et une petite salle d’eau)pour visiter NYC. Nous n’avions pas de voiture mais la gare de Pelham est a seulement 20 mn à pied, ainsi que les commerces. Petit bémol, l’appartement est au deuxième étage , mais au troisième niveau , et les escaliers sont vraiment très raides. A ne pas recommander aux personnes ayant peu de mobilité ! Appartement très propre dans un quartier calme, nous reviendrons probablement.

Bonnie is an amazing host and the place is so cute!! She thought of everything one would need, including even a built in water filter in the kitchen. I was greeted with a personal card and a bottle of wine, and she even had all you need for the first day, including water in the fridge, ice in the freezer, coffee, tea, soup, etc. The bed is fantastic and the little sofa on top of the stairs cuddly and convenient. I came to work, so also to have a little table to work on was a great asset. The place is beautifully renovated, and Bonnie was super nice and helpful. I also love the walking distance to the main street in Pelham, where you find nice restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. And, of course, the train to the city is in walking distance, everything is safe and peaceful. Really really loved it and booked already my next stay!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, vieles an Verpflegung wurde sogar schon zur Verfügung gestellt. Nette Gastgeberin und tolle und sichere Umgebung, zwar etwas Außerhalb, aber man kann einfach in die Innenstadt kommen. Sehr zu Empfehlen!

Very cozy place and nice host! We enjoyed the calm location outside the city after spending the day in hectic NYC.
