This house is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy with family and friends. With a capacity for 14 guests, the property has a private pool, BBQ area, wooden oven, terrace with a chimney, bouncing bed, ping-pong table, foosball table, zipline, board games and more. Included in the price is the service of the guardian (who will help you with cleaning the pool and lighting up the bbq, wooden oven and chimney) and 1 cleaning lady (from 8:30am - 5:30pm) who cleans the rooms and outdoor spaces. The house have 5 separate bungalows available for your use: - Main House: Living room, Kitchen, Dining room. Full bathroom and TV - Bungalow "A": Bedroom with king bed + Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Full bathroom and TV (4 guests) - Bungalow "B": Bedroom with king bed. Full bathroom and TV (2 guests) - Bungalow "C": Bedroom with king bed. Full bathroom and TV (2 guests) - Bungalow "D": Bedroom with queen bed + Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. Full bathroom and TV (6 guests) * Pack-and-Play available upon request The house has a big garden, garage for over 6 cars, pool with chaise lounges, bar area next to the pool, bbq area (BBQ, wooden oven, paella equipment, gas stove for a wok, "caja china", smoking barrel, fondue, raclette, electric grill), terrace with a chimney, gambling table, bouncing bed, ping-pong table, foosball table, swings, zip-line, game area for toddlers and board games

La casa es hermosa, super espaciosa y tiene todo lo necesario. Superó nuestras expectativas, es mucho mas bonito de lo que se ve en las fotos. La atención de Rayda y el señor Pepe fueron A1, siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que solicitas y muy amables. Definitivamente la casa es un perfecto lugar para escapar de la ciudad y pasar tiempo de calidad en familia y amigos. Muy pronto volveremos y desde ya la estoy recomendando a todos. ¡Nos encantó la casa! Muy cómoda, limpia y ordenada, con espacios amplios y pensados al detalle. Tenía absolutamente todo para disfrutar al máximo los días. Gian Franco y el personal de la casa fueron muy atentos y amables. Recomendable 1000%. ¡Volveríamos de todas maneras!
La casa es hermosa! Pasamos unos días en familia espectacular, todos salimos relajados, la pisicina deliciosa y tener una alpaca dando vueltas en la casa fue un toque increíble a la experiencia. Las personas que trabajan ahi, Pepe el guardián, un experto prendiendo la parrilla, el horno a la leña y la chimenea perfecta para la noche. Raida nos ayudó con todo de la casa, verdaderamente es un paraíso y definitivamente volveremos! La casa es amplia y está bien decorada para casa de campo. Mis sobrinas se divirtieron un montón con el zipline, el saltarín, los inflables de la piscina, los juegos de mesas que incluía la casa y las mascotas que habían. Gracias por todo, 100% para un fin de semana en familia y amigos. Perfecto para desconectarte de Lima, cuando vayan no van a querer irse!
Hermosa casa de campo, recomendable 100%, es más linda de lo que se ve en fotos!!! Gianfranco y los señores que cuidan la casa super atentos, vamos a volver pronto 🙌🏻

The house is inside a secure gated community. Inside this condominum, there is a local store (5 min. walking distance) with a lot of daily things you may need. Outside of the condominium, 15-10 mins away, you will find the Santa Eulalia center where you can find pharmacies, more local stores, some restaurants and "recreos" with access to the river.
Callahuanca, The Chirimoya Paradise, is a town 20-25 mins away where you can stroll around, buy some fresh fruit, try one of their many ice cream flavours in the main square, enjoy beautiful views and even do a trekking to a panoramic lookout.
2 hours from the house, you will find Marcahuasi, an amazing place for trekking or even camp for the night and wake up to one of the most amazing sunrises you will ever experience.
20 minutes from the house you will find the Chosica Main Square, were you can find many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and everything you may need.
The house has parking space for over 6 cars.

All amazing experiences. Staying in an airbnb for me gives me a more local experience than an hotel, being able to cook for myself and looking for the perfect location.
