Beautiful two story home overlooking the Altamaha River. Spacious vaulted ceilings with complete glass views of the River. 30x30 deck overlooking the River including tables/chairs and complete bar and chairs. Decorated with the upmost southern low country charm. Surrounded by native trees provide all day shade during warm months.Beautiful kitchen with stools surrounding the island countertops. Spacious rooms with large windows overlooking the River. Home is elevated allowing guest to park. Cosy furniture and 60” Flat screen in living area providing Dish Network 250 channels for movies and sports events. Dock just steps away for Relaxing on the water. Decks surround home for guest to see entire property.Outdoor seating and Pergola with outdoor 🔥place

The views of the river from this home are gorgeous! It was very nice to wake up in the morning, make a cup of coffee and walk out on the back porch and just enjoy God’s creation. The owners were very prompt and helpful when we called or texted them. A great experience!

Awesome spot to unwind. The front deck that overlooks the river was the perfect spot for morning coffee and the pergola area was amazing to gather at the end of the day. House was clean and the hosts were only a phone call away if we needed anything.

Beautiful Lodge on the Banks of the Altamaha River. Located 3 miles south of Uvalda, Ga. and 6 miles north of Hazlehurst, Ga. The lodge is located at the Charlottesville River Stage Gauge. I graduated from Ga. Southern University and am a retired Warden with the Ga. Dept. of Corrections. Known for my part-time Retriever and Autism Service Dog Training for over 20 years. Avid sportsman and my love for the outdoors inspired me to build this Lodge. I am married and have one son.
