I'll start by saying the location and views are incredible. This review has nothing to do w/ the unit or owner and everything to do w/ terrible guest relations. The access code emailed from CB Island Vacation's did not work. 9 phone calls to guest relations btw 7:30 - 9pm w/ no answer or voicemail. There was one security gentleman who was able to get the building manager on the phone who told me there was nothing he could do as they do not manage the unit. I had to beg him as it was very cold and I had my family and 80 year old mother hovered on the lobby couch for 2 hours. Thankfully, there was a building manifest w/ our name on it and considering the circumstances, security used a key to let us in. It wasn't until 9:20am the following day that we received an unapologetic call from the host w/ the correct code. Word of advice, if your travel is delayed and you arrive after 5pm, ask security to check the building manifest to verify your unit and name to gain access.

Beautiful unit with great grounds. Easy instructions. Responsive when emails sent. Few dirty spots on linens and gross coffee maker, but overall well worth the money and room was very clean other than those small notes.

This place was exactly what my group needed, we had a great time, the only thing I would recommend is giving out bracelets for pool use, my family were constantly harassed by resort security. Saying we were sneaking in to the pool.

The location is unbeatable if you’re looking for something a little quieter next to the ocean with easy access to town and the beach. Unfortunately, this is the only apartment in the entire building that doesn’t have air conditioning in the main living area or bedroom. The owners may assume their guests are comfortable sleeping with the lanai doors open because — let’s face it, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep — however, with all the people in the building and the wild chickens running around, a crowing rooster at 6am was the last thing we wanted to hear. Other than that, the view here is absolutely the winner. We watched a gorgeous sunset and even saw a whale on our last night there (in November!). Amazing, gorgeous memories that will last a lifetime.
