Located in a quiet part of Sunset Beach. Just 1.9 miles to the beach. This first floor unit is in the Sea Trail Community overlooking the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course. A restaurant and bar is right across the street with live entertainment at House's Bar and Grill; The pools are easy to get to. This unit is a 1BD/1Bath with a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 and has a screened in porch. The unit has a keyless entry for self check-in. Towels and linens are included. This is a one bedroom condo lockout unit. Located on the 18th hole of the Maples Golf Course.

The room was perfect and just what we needed for our stay. James was very communicative and had everything nice and ready for us!
Great location, close to restaurants!
So glad we found James’s place! It’s hard to find pet friendly homes that are also within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. This totally hit the mark, and we hope to be back soon!

Sea Trail Neighborhood 1.5 miles from putting your feet in the ocean.
The neighborhood has 3 golf courses (you are on hole 9). Bikes, walking, golf carts and cars are all ways to get to the beach. I suggest a car and park on the street for quickest access to the beach.
