The host was very friendly, the house was quiet most of the times. The location is in a secluded quiet area. Bring your own toilet paper and a heated blanket if you get cold easily but for the price I paid this place is an excellent value. I would probably come back here again.

This place is the definition of you get what you pay for; this place is cheap for a reason. There are five+ guests at the Federal Way location. Some of which are up until 3-4AM and are very loud. There is a gentleman downstairs who is clearly on some type of substance an paces outside the house taking/yelling at himself sometimes in the afternoon sometimes 11:00 at night. The bathroom is closed for three hours: 8:00PM-11:00PM for maintenance - but I think it’s one of the long term guests who just want privacy. The house his extremely cluttered with random furniture & Knick knacks. The kitchen is consistently dirty with an overflowing trash can, left out food on countertops/island. The deck/entrance is full of junk. There are anywhere from 5-8 vehicles in the driveway which makes it difficult to maneuver and find a spot where you’re not blocking someone. I would strongly urge you to go elsewhere. You will not be refunded, pay extra for somewhere nicer. Trust me.
