Our group of four had an amazing stay at Giorgio's during the preview days of the 2024 Venice Biennale. The proximity to Giardini, Arsenale and busy Via Garibaldi is hard to beat and allows for flexibility with daytime as well evening programs, not to speak of practicality with transportation (Giardini vaporetto stops). The apartment is a wonderfully clean, cleanly renovated and well thought-out two-floor space. Its bedrooms can sleep 4 while an extra sofa bed in the kitchen area provides one more sleeping spot, and the upstairs, attic/salon space makes for a wonderfully minimal and relaxed space to unwind after a long day of walking through the city or an additional sleeping spot. Throughout booking, prep days, stay days and check-out phase Giorgio was always super responsive, friendly and practical in his answer. It all added to an absolutely wonderful week and I look forward to another stay at Giorgio's!

Wir waren zur Biennale bei Giorgio. Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen und sehr sympathisch. Besonders das gemütliche obere Stockwerk hat es uns angetan. Alles wunderbar! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Sparkling clean and really comfortable! The location was perfect for visiting the Biennale. The apartment is lovely, spacious and with beautiful views to the gardens and the city streets. We really enjoyed our stay!
