Janet and Martin could not have been kinder or more welcoming. The house is lovely, very comfortable and with everything you could need for a great stay. The outside areas are outstanding and the area has lots to offer. Five stars!

Martin and Janet were a great host, and we're proactive in replying to my friends messages. I had booked the cottage for my friends Tik and Steve, they wanted to go away for a relaxing weekend. It was everything they could wish for it was quite and peaceful, the weather was great. They both highly recommend the cottage, I will be going there hopefully soon.

I headed here, as I have been massively tired from a long stint at work, and just needed to rest, and heal I had a suspicion this place woild be just the spot....and man, was it! This is somewhere you should go if you want to unplug from the world...it's in a very rural spot, and literally in the forest...i mean...really...it's just DIVINE There is tonnes of wildlife, zero night noise and very minimum human activities going on around. It is just GENUINELY relaxing, calm and peaceful The owners are kind, informative and happy to help, but, if you want peace, you won't be disturbed. The cabin itself is beyond perfect. A LOT of love and care has clearly gone into seeing that your stay is cosy, calm and as fuss-free as possible. Everything works properly, and the heating, wifi and hot water are all top banana. Excellent powerful shower, and brilliant kitchen. The whole weekend was absolutely spot on. Will be heading back for sure. Thanks both...it was great!

I really did love the place, it was so peaceful and beautiful I could have stayed there long-term! The surroundings are beautiful, and you have privacy. There is lots of walks nearby and plenty of farm shops and pubs. The place itself has everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend !!

Such a fantastic place and such value for money. Highly recommend a stay in Janet’s place , can’t wait to go back.
