Cute little flat that was perfect for our family of 3. Noemi was super helpful and kind in arranging a taxi multiple times for us - especially when we got off the train too early when arriving 🤣 Noemi was patient, responsive and kind. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and had lots of great snacks for our teen - thank you! One note that if anyone had mobility issues the stairs to go up to the bedroom are narrow and steep. Was fine for us but important to note. Likely you will leave your suitcase downstairs

What a lovely place in a lovely town. We especially liked the respect for the architecture with exposed stone and interesting arches. It had everything you need, including a well-stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. Our hosts were perfect - proactive, responsive, friendly. Know that the second bedroom on the first floor is separated by a screen vs a wall. It wasn't a big deal for our small group, but might bother others who expect complete privacy. Also, by the nature of the place, there is a somewhat subterranean feel. It was very dark - we all slept deeply.

Great communication and hospitality from Noemi. Excellent location near peak of town just off main path and close walk to restaurants and key sites. Normally not a fan of places with limited windows and natural light but in this case it’s consistent with the remarkable medieval setting of Perugia. Place is modern and clean. Spiral staircase is narrow and tricky. Take a taxi from the train station. Highly recommend staying here.
