This is easily one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in. The place is incredibly thoughtfullly appointed. If we wanted something, we were easily able to find it in the house, from extra blankets and pillows to games and kitchen supplies. The home was immaculate; everything was incredibly clean and fresh without any odors of cleansers. The location is private and quiet, yet super close to anything you’d want to do in CDA. The choices of furniture maximize the use of space without cluttering it. I was simply impressed with this home and would 100% stay there again.

I absolutely loved this location. I loved it so much that my family and I have decided to find a permanent residence close to this location. It had everything we needed . This was such a friendly neighborhood and the community is so accommodating to guests. Thank you so much!

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed here, always a great time and perfect for young families. Gated community, quiet, easy to get to/great location! As long as Mark allows us, we will be staying here plenty more times!

I love the location of this home. We stayed in a different Airbnb in the same neighborhood last year and loved it. I love that it's quick to get anywhere -- Post Falls, Hayden, downtown, etc. The homes here are small but modern. This home was well-decorated. My kids loved having a bunkbed. On the other hand, the owner was pretty slow to respond. I tried to ask about their bedbug policy/if they check for them, and he never gave me an answer. There was also a bad smell coming from the secondary bathroom the entire visit. I let him know towards the end of our stay, and he didn't respond about it until we had checked out. So my only complaint would be about the responsiveness of the host.

Very nice and modern home. Small but perfect for a couple people. Everything in the house was clean and nice. Only complaint is that there could be more parking.
