El lugar que nos dieron no se asemeja de ninguna manera a lo que vimos en fotos, tenía problemas de humedad y no tenía agua caliente. Además, para el check in no sabían los encargados que teníamos reserva. No fue muy grata la experiencia de quedarnos allí

they changed my room the last minute without telling me none of the apartment looks like in the picture and I haven't received no refund the beds with horrible I haven't received a towel or soaked after requesting 3rd times

Las fotos de la habitación publicadas en la plataforma no coinciden con la habitación que realmente nos asignaron. El servicio y la atención en general es 3/5. La ubicación es excelente para conocer el centro de Bogotá, en especial La Candelaria. La relación precio/calidad es buena.

El lugar queda en un punto estratégico de la ciudad. Una zona bastante tranquila y con una vista increíble. La persona con la que nos comunicábamos fue muy amable y atenta.

When we arrived, they didn'tknow we were coming. the room wasn't ready, till 3 hours later. the place is spacious has a great view. The location is awesome for public transportation and main roads. jacuzzi works but the water is weak. sometimes hot or cold. TV only has 1 channel. little bit cold, needs more blankets. some noise from the cars at the parking lot next door and wifi is not strong. all in all is worth the price, we could sleep but is not ideal. breakfast is not included. Anyway I'm glad it was a real place, it was useful and I hope they fix those things.
