Would recommend this flat in Westbourne! It’s a cosy and comfy, all you need for a couple of days. Westbourne was the nicest area around Bournemouth that we found with nice cafes and restaurant all within walking distance. Interior was lovely and appreciated the personal touches. We didn’t have any issues with a bad smell - there is a smell in the communal hall downstairs but inside the flat is fine. The shower pressure and temp are temperamental but this was fine for a couple of days. Thanks for having us! Would book again if back in the area.

We had amazing stay, the location is absolutely amazing , in central Westbourne, you have all commodities around to facilitate your daily organization. Also being so close to the beach, you can enjoy the beautiful see side and having nice walks. The flat is charming and very cosy, nice and warm ! We definitely recommend Bree place and we will certainly come back !

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far the worst Airbnb experience I have had. Bree can respond with a lengthy reply to this but here are the facts: - Bree controls the heating but everytime I messaged her to tell her that the apartment was cold, she reacted negatively and made it out that I was lying. She messaged me at 12.37am the night before saying that she was going to pop over to the flat in the morning - I did not see the message. At 10.47am we heard a loud knock and someone banging on the bedroom door, saying, ‘it’s obvious that the heating is on’ - not once did I give consent for her to enter the apartment, in writing or verbally. Bree later messaged saying that she was ‘annoyed’ that she had to come and accused me of not being ‘bothered to get out of bed,’ even though I did not know she was coming. It just depicts her deep entitlement and rudeness. - The flat was dirty and there were pet hairs everywhere - she claimed it wasn’t true but I have several pics showing otherwise.

This was the perfect place to stay! Very spacious and in a super convenient location. So close to a ton of coffee shops and restaurants, and just a short bus ride away from downtown Bournemouth. Bree was VERY responsive and helpful, replied so quickly to any inquiry I had. So friendly and helpful! Highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous, stylish appartment with lovely personal touches throughout. We found everything we needed was provided and the matress and duvet are incredibly comforatble! The location is excelent for beach/food/city centre. Bree was a great host and all information was provided promptly and in detail. 100% we'd stay again!
