Steven’s house was awesome. Great location Great host Great house. It was always easy to reach Steven whenever we had a question and he always gave us a fast reply. We plan on staying at the same place for couple of months next year if availability permits. It was much better experience then other airbnb’s that we have been in last couple of few years. When we decided to stay at this particular property, we were looking for a separate Villa that had 3 bedrooms and a backyard in a gated community that accessible from the interstates 405 and 5 in Orange county. We also wanted it to be very close to Irvine spectrum shopping center. In addition, we wanted a recreational center with pool, jacuzzi, and a picnic area. All of that we found it here

We stayed in Steven’s villa for 6 weeks this summer to escape the Arizona heat. We found the place to be clean, everything in perfect working order. The doors in the family room open all the way up and was great to let in the cool morning and evening air. The kitchen bright and airy. The location was great - about 15 minutes to Laguna Beach- the Irvine Spectrum is 5 minutes away, we have lots of friends in the Anaheim Hills area and it was only about a 20 minute drive on the tollway. Also would be only about a 25 minute drive to Disneyland. You could not ask for a more central location. The house is only about a 2 minute walk to the huge community pool which also a big jacuzzi and plenty of chairs, and lounge chairs - you could easily spend a day there. Also a nice park with basketball court just across the street and a nice bike trail as well. The master suite is great and the bed so comfortable - we went out bought the very same mattress for our home. The soaking tub was great for a long soak after a long day at the beach. Check in and Check out was a breeze and Steven was quick to respond with any questions. My husband and I both work from home and we have a 14 year old son who loves his video games. The WiFi was absolutely flawless with no issues even on video calls. You can’t go wrong with this house !!

First of all, Steven is an excellent host, he is very aware of anything one needs, and his house is new and everything inside it is new, we really loved this house, it is very well equipped, decorated, the whole is a very quiet place , the neighbors are friendly ... I would stay there again without thinking
