I will do it again in this place. This is like 4-5 min walk to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and Topkapi - main places to visit in Istanbul. Around 17min to grand bazaar. Tram lane is around 7 min - Tram lane has alot of places to eat and shop , there are a lot of restaurants closeby - like 2 min walk but the ones in Tram can be less costly. Because this place is surrounded by a lot of hotels - there are always alot of tourists around & that gives sense of security. One minor issue - when I first arrived in the place - I had to wait like 5 min for the assistant to meet and greet me and to give me keys for the house ( this happened to other person while I was there also). As a tourist, you may not have access to internet or phone the day you arrive which can make you nervous if there was no one on the place to greet you & you have to ask people to lend you their phone. Apart from that - I give this place 10/10. Ercan & his assistant did great job in explaining the places to visit.

Great place to stay. The description and photos were all true. Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and a tram stop are all within a 10 minute walk. There are multiple restaurants a 1/2 block away. The apartment has a comfortable king bed, the bathroom is very adequate with great water pressure. The only very minor con is the outside street noise at night but cheap ear plugs provide adequate protection. Our host provided great recommendations, arranged transport to/from the airport and handled getting our laundry done for a small fee.

A very nice apartment very close to all the main sights. The man who helped check me in was very helpful with lots of local information and recommendations.

Très bon accueil, très bien situé. Nous avons eu plusieurs expériences dans le quartier et celle chez Écran était la meilleure.
