Nikolay was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place, we would stay here again easily!

Calm and quite, with terrace and sea view. Very close the beach and the restaurants. Clean and spacious. With all amenities you need.

Nikolay has an extraordinary apartment, approximately 40 square meters, fully equipped and very modern equipped (including clothes dryer, electric stove and oven (where I only made coffee in the kettle:)), where you don't miss anything at all. The location is ideal, from the generous balcony you can see the sea and the port, the seafront where you can reach in 2 minutes! It is quiet, lively but very relaxing. Nikolay is extremely prompt with requests of any kind, even though we arrived at 2 in the morning, he answered our phone and gave us parking details, he is a real guide, discreet but very present, recommending us spectacular places to visit and places to buy local cheese! It was very pleasant that a cold Prosecco in the fridge, water and a delicious watermelon awaited us upon arrival, candles tastefully scattered everywhere. I highly recommend Nikolay and the ideal location of the apartment I found, as well as Balcik. Nikolay, thank you and I hope to see you next year!
