A wonderful suite to rent. A bit small but did the job! Was as shown on pictures. Loved having 2 bathrooms and the pull out couch as an extra sleeping option. Very private unit was a plus. We arrived at 3:40 and checked in. We did not go to the room until 4pm as instructed but they were still cleaning when we arrived with all our luggage. Hot tub cover was recently damaged by snow so it was almost unusable. We did manage to get the cover off and on barely. We were informed of the damage a couple hours after checking in instead of at check in. They said a replacement was coming in the day after we left. Overall a great stay.

There is no washer, dryer or cooking basics as listed. The place could use some TLC. One of the bedroom doors doesn’t open/close well and the fireplace didn’t work. We also tripped a breaker with a hairdryer and the front desk did nothing about it. Otherwise everything was great. Location is good, hot tub is great and everything was clean.

This is our second time in the exact same room and it was another great stay. We love the location - very close to shopping, the Village, restaurants but nice and peaceful, surrounded by forest. The private hot tub is a definite plus. The unit is well equipped and served our family of 5 nicely. It is starting to show its age and could use some updating but overall it is great value for the location and amenities.
