This place is exactly as described. Space was small but exactly what we wanted and needed for our trip. Upstairs tenants were quiet, ammenities worked properly, close-ish to main attractions of Sudbury. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only thing I did not like was that there was only street parking but I understand why that was the case.

A nice cozy place in a quiet street. The unit is totally self-sufficient and independent from the rest of the house. It has its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an electric fireplace you can use if you need more heat or just want to relax watching the "flame". Full-size windows let in a lot of natural light. I felt I could easily stay there for a few weeks or even months.

Had a lovely stay, very responsive host with clear instructions to check in. Great value for the price! Peaceful neighbourhood in south of Sudbury, cozy and private little basement with anything you'd need to cook and even do laundry. If you happen to be taller than 5'10" the bed might feel a bit short for you is probably the only thing (my friend who stayed with me is 5'11" and voiced this)
