A little below my expectation. The place overall needs some maintenance. Some room with luke warm or inconsistent hot water. Some kitchen utensil with scratched surfaces deemed unusable. The place could use some good air flow before arrival of guests. Please ensure bathroom washing liquid are refilled. Please also ensure cleanliness of the place is satisfactory especially the toilet as one of the toilet has unwanted left over by previous user.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Kundasang, Sabah. The breathtaking mountain views from the property were truly unforgettable. The house itself was not only comfortable but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, enhancing the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and scenic getaway in Sabah.
