Annabel & John were wonderful hosts. The home has everything you need for a comfortable get away. It’s located on a beautiful property about 50 mins from Griffith. I suggest bringing some food & any other items you think you’ll need for the first night, as supplies in Darlington Point are limited. We loved the time we spent there & will definitely book again!

nice and quiet, lovely dog, good fishing spot, should have a few fishing rods and cheese in the fridge and add a fishing spot to the cottage, there's nothing else to there's after, fish for dinner everyday

The house is a bit quirky. The third bedroom is reached through either the master, second bedroom or external door to the sunroom. The toilet is in the outside laundry, great for those nocturnal visits on a cool night. The house is simply appealing, we loved it! Annabel was responsive, helpful and after having stayed in 8 AirBNBs in the last 3 weeks of travel throughout Victoria and SA, she was the only host who took the time to welcome us personally, instead of just relying on the scripted automated AirBNB message. The location is great for anyone who appreciates the peace and tranquility of the Australian bush and rural environment. The quietness is usually disturbed by flocks of cockatoos screeching. What a blessing to be able to stay in such a place.

Thank you Annabel for a great stay, we all had a wonderful time, including our two dogs who became good friends with Alfie (such a charmer) and the two kelpies.
