Located in a private and rural location, the apartment is great for those who want a private getaway. The downstairs neighbor was there to greet us and would be out and about. was very cordial and friendly. The apartment was very cute and well stocked and there was a binder with additional information. it was very comfortable and ideal for nature lovers! We were also so happy to find a pet-friendly rental! Our dog had a great time.

A great, last-minute stay that we coordinated with the generous help of Kurt and Amy! The upstairs space was perfect for my friend and I on our Vermont getaway and provided even more than what was mentioned in the description - including snacks! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was a absolute beautiful. They had everything you needed and more. I loved the scenery and especially the dog that came to greet me upon my arrival. The place I stayed in wasn’t quit sound proof the last night I was there it was pretty loud but it was also above the main house which I believe the owners live in so it’s understandable why it would have noise. Other then that it was a absolutely amazing place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Similarly to the previous reviewer, the top floor is not *entirely* separated. While there is a separate door to the downstairs private units, there is no physical door separating the upstairs space which wasn’t clear. This had me only concerned for my up-to-mischief cat. Luckily, Amy was able to troubleshoot with me and we were able to put up a baby gate for my cat which deterred her for “most” of the stay. Amy was really responsive to my questions. The space was beautiful and relaxing—a great retreat from the city for a writer. I felt safe and very relaxed. Also—beautiful kitchen!!! The kitchen was so beautiful and had such a great view that even with a dedicated workspace in bedroom, I wanted to sit at the counter and work. Overall, I loved it! Would be open to staying again.
