We’ve stayed around the area last year and wanted this bigger space to host and accommodate our family comfortably. It’s very big, the pool is lovely, Jose and everyone that helped around were so kind, it felt just as a beach house would. The kitchen I had an open space to gather around, just make sure to bring appliances :) there are some tiny updates around the house the host should pay attention to, but otherwise, it was a great stay.

El lugar es accesible, facil de llegar, el rancho cuenta con lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable, para ir a la playa debe salirse del complejo.

Nos gustó mucho la casa. Está bien ubicada y la colonia es muy segura. Hubieron unos pequeños inconvenientes pero nada que no se resolviera rápido. Maritza y José contestaron todas nuestras preguntas y fueron muy atentos. Los aires en los cuartos funcionan muy bien. Si les da mucho frío empaquen cobijas extra porque ellos proveen pero igual nos dio frío. Guarden su comida porque los gatos entran a comerse lo que queda fuera en la cocina. La playa está cerca y se puede llegar caminando. Nos encantó la piscina nuestros hijos se divirtieron mucho. Nos volveríamos a quedar aquí en el futuro.

Very nice house! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a family reunion or just group of friends. Outdoor kitchen was very clean and the pool was well taken care of. Several cleaners came by the house every few days to clean the pool, sweep some leaves or general landscaping. Very professional! This house is in a nice gated community that is very quiet and safe. It was easy to get rest and enjoy surf city with my family. Ping pong table and outdoor shower are a nice plus as well! I also worked remotely from the house for 2 weeks and was able to get everything done. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow when everyone was home using it, but as long as I sat near the router it was ok. My only complaint was that there are quite a few cats/stray dogs that can enter the house if you forget to close the gates. Definitely need to make sure there isn’t any food laying around. Overall great experience!
