Beautiful and traditional private villa with swimming pool four km from the most beautiful beaches. The villa is surrounded by greenery and the Salento countryside. The house consists of a living room with barrel vaults and fireplace, large kitchen equipped with every service, 4 bedrooms which all face directly onto the outside, 2 comfortable bathrooms. Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs where you can have lunch and a patio with barbecue and sitting area. The large and brand new swimming pool, for exclusive use, is surrounded by olive trees, sun beds and relaxation areas. In the fully fenced garden, you will be able to enjoy a good orchard.

Un petit coin de paradis avec un hôte tres aidant et tres sympathique. La maison et le jardin sont tres propres. Ayant un peu plus froid que prévu a l’arrivée, nous avons demande a Giovanni d’allumer le chauffage, il est venu tout de suite pour nous aider et a meme apporter des couvertures supplémentaires pour toute la famille. Le jardin est magnifique et les enfants ont pu profiter toute la journée de l’espace et de l’agréable piscine autour des oliviers. Merci Giovanni et Amelia!
Die Unterkunft ist perfekt! Wir waren zwar während einer eher kälteren Jahreszeit anwesend, denke jedoch, dass es im Sommer umso schöner ist! Man fühlt sich direkt wohl - zauberhaft.

This is an amazing house. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, great bathrooms. All bedrooms have airconditioning. The house is very clean. The pool is very nice and is super well maintained. Many sitting options outside as well. Supermarket and coffee are 3 mins by car (10 mins walk). Tricase is nice and a great starting point for trips. Giovanni is very a responsive and super friendly host. We were welcomed with some soft drinks and water in the fridge and a basked of snacks. Great start of a fantastic stay.
Casa bellissima, confortevole con gli spazi giusti per vivere in più persone e godere il relax della campagna salentina a pochi passi dal centro del paese, host disponibile, peccato non ci sia stata la possibile di usufruire dell’orto biologico descritto, ad ogni modo consiglio vivamente.
