The place is as described. You’ll find everything you need. It is the hosts that disappointed me. I felt unsupported. They were generally slow to respond, and sometimes even ignored me completely. I was asked to clean the place even though I paid a cleaning fee.

I enjoyed my stay at Pam's place. It was a cute studio for one person. The place was clean and had everything necessary. I was happy to be close enough from both the city center and Utrecht University. I could cycle everywhere I needed. It was also very nice to have the river passing right next to me. Pam was responsive and happy to help if I needed anything.

Bart and Pam were very kind and always available. The studio was clean and corresponded to the description. The neighbourhood, despite being a bit far from the city centre, is very nice and quiet.
