Patricia went out of her way to make our stay an easy and comfortable one. Plenty of public transport options close by to be able to get out and see the best of London.

Our family of 4 recently enjoyed a stay at the Patricia apartment in London, an experience we won't forget. From the first contact, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that exceeded our expectations. Our host, Patricia, was an absolute delight, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Patricia even offered to coordinate with neighbours to accept our delayed baggage delivery while we were away, ensuring minimal disruption to our plans. The apartment itself was quiet, very clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished, creating a cosy and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped to prepare meals for our kids. The apartment was conveniently situated with easy access to central London via public transportation. We used P12 bus, then the train, or overground. Overall, it was an excellent stay, five stars to Patrica. We highly recommend Patrica as a host and her accommodation.

Warm hospitality in a private setting, home away from home!! Patricia’s home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Patricia was an exceptional host. She was incredibly responsive to our messages and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly which made our stay even more enjoyable. A well stocked kitchen, the bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and the bed was very cozy. We especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. Our stay at Patricia’s exceeded expectations. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning in the future.

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Patricia was so accommodating and lovely! The flat was decorated to a very high standard and was spotlessly clean. The flat feels spacious and was very well equipped. We will definitely be back again to stay in this gorgeous flat! Thank you Patricia

The place was clean and tidy, we could use everything we needed to cook and make ourselves feel home. Patricia was immensely helpful and gave us advice on anything we needed to know. The place can easily host 4 people who will have their own privacy. The bus stop is literally in front of the door and there are other stops nearby to get more buses and the train station which will get you to the centre with no problems. We also got a useful advice on a place where to get a full English breakfast and we enjoyed it a lot! I can absolutely recommend the place and Patricia as an exceptional host.
