Welcome to our top-floor accommodation, accessible through a separate entrance, offering a private and expansive terrace. For complete privacy and relaxation, we rent two apartments together with a combined capacity of 12 people. The first apartment spans 140 m2 and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. It includes a spacious living room, three bedrooms (3+3+2), two modern bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms and the living room feature balconies that provide views of the sea. The two bathrooms are fully furnished, and one of them has a washing machine. The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities for your convenience. Air-conditioning is available throughout the accommodation. The second apartment encompasses two rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Its windows showcase delightful views of the sea and surrounding greenery. With an area of 45 m2, this apartment offers a cosy retreat for your stay. Inside the building, a convenient garage is available for storing personal items and can accommodate up to three cars. Additionally, we provide a kayak for 2+1 persons, allowing unlimited usage and included in the prices.
