Casa espaciosa para 8 personas con 4 habitaciones, 2 baños y un aseo en piscina, buen salón/cocina y gran TV. La casa cuenta además con A/A. Amplias zonas exteriores con buena piscina y barbacoa ambas cuidadas. A pocos minutos de zonas comerciales y playas. La limpieza algo justa, además de no disponer de elementos como jabón, papel higiénico y otros de cocina básicos como aceite o sal. Además tuvimos problemas eléctricos al saltar los plomos en varias ocasiones y tener que llamar a la empresa para que revisaran el problema ya que las instalaciones son algo antiguas quedando algunos de los enchufes sin uso. El lavavajillas es antiguo y con partes oxidadas dejando de funcionar el último día. El horno no funcionaba. Uno de los cuartos tenía la persiana rota ya que no bajaba. En definitiva buena estancia en grupo para unos días, aunque la casa necesita ser actualizada en diversos aspectos y mayor mantenimiento.

We had a fantastic time at the Villa. The Good The Villa is a lot larger then it appears on the photos, it is very spacious and well presented. The Pool was in use, the neighbourhood is quiet and it was a perfect holiday home. The Bad The maintenance is bad, and they need to hire a new maintenance person, but nothing which affected our enjoyment of the villa, but could impact other visitors. Having to return the keys to Miami Playa when we did not have a car, having to remove all the rubbish when there is no place to deposit them.

El alojamiento está muy bien, es bonito y está tal cual las fotos. Xenia fue muy amable y cercana. Por otro lado tenemos varios aspectos a mejorar, la casa estaba muy sucia, llena de polvo como si no se hubiese limpiado en mucho tiempo. Se nos quedó sin luz la cocina y muy rápidamente al día siguiente lo solucionaron. No había nada ni de limpieza ni de cocina en, ni sal ni jabón de lavar ni para limpiar una mesa NADA. Tuvimos que comprar pilas para los mandos de la tele porque estaban sin pilas y nadie nos dijo que estaban escondidas en cajones (los vimos al final de la estancia) en definitiva, hay cosas a mejorar pero la casa es muy bonita. A fantastic villa with private pool and beautiful house. The indoor kitchen has all you need and the outdoor kitchen / bbq is just fantastic to bbq with the whole family in the warm nights. Interhome has fantastic services and help you and guide you on the ground (their office only a few miles away from the house) if needed. The beds are great the only minor is the round balcony at the master bedroom on the first floor. The balcony and it's furniture is outdated and not very clean. the pool is super clean, and so is the garden. During our 6 nights stay, we had twice a visit from professional cleaners to clean the pool and to clean the garden. Shops and beach all within a few minutes drive and Miami Platja is such a beautiful town to be at. lots to do for kids and the family or friends and great beach and restaurants along the boulevard.
