This apartment was in an excellent location for us. Very near the Luxembourg metro station and Luxembourg Gardens. Was easy to access the apartment itself with an elevator after a long day of walking. The apartment was as described. We used the sofa bed and it was unusually comfortable!! Had all the amenities needed although we were unable to find the hair dryer which made getting ready a challenge but we managed. To get to the bedroom, you need to go through the bathroom, but this wasn't a big deal for us. We did like that the apartment was in a quieter residential area without a lot of outside noise. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend without hesitation.

Ottimo alloggio, spazioso e facile da raggiungere. Check in perfetto e ottime indicazioni. La struttura della casa è un po' particolare, in quanto bisogna passare attraverso il bagno per passare dalla cucina alla camera da letto. Inoltre, l'ascensore è minuscolo. Aggiungo che questo alloggio non è consigliato se avete bambini: la casa non era provvista di culla e comunque non ci sarebbe stato il posto per porla nella camera. Come conseguenza, nostro figlio ha dormito per 5 notti tra me e mia moglie. Quando ho segnalato la cosa all'host non ho ricevuto risposta. Aggiungo che una vaschetta per bagnetto costa 50 euro e un seggiolone da mettere in cucina costa 20 euro, basterebbe dotare la casa di queste attrezzature per renderla fruibile anche ai bambini.

Localização perfeita, local tranquilo, pert de metrôs, restaurantes, e todo o comércio. apto ótimo, equipado e bem tranquilo.

The pros: the bed in the bedroom is very soft and comfortable (like a cloud). Bedroom can be made very dark which was great for sleeping late. The shower has amazing water pressure. Operable windows allow for great ventilation and cross airflow. Would be a great place to stay when very hot in summer. Ideal location near Luxembourg RER station for easy travel to/from CDG airport. Very close to grocery store (across the street!). Host very nice. Be advised: bed in living room (made up from couch) is firm (not bad, just firm fyi) and upstairs neighbor noisy some nights after 10pm (again not terrible but fyi if you struggle with noise from above). Occasional smell of cigarette smoke if you leave the windows open (absolutely no smell if you close them but fyi if this is a problem for you…but remember it’s Europe and people smoke there more than North America). Overall this is a good place to stay and it was nice having a laundry machine in the suite. I would book here again.

Eric was very responsive. His apartment is in a wonderful location in the Latin Quarter, just steps away from a baker, and nice restaurants. The apartment was clean and just as described. I’d definitely stay there again!
