Axelle was a great host. She was always responsive, friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious and comfy. It is fully equipped with everything that you need. The location is very convenient and close to the highway and local stores/malls. We would stay here again.

The townhouse was totally as described with all amenities available and in working order. The home was clean, quiet and in a good neighborhood. We initially booked 5 days but a family issue forced us to leave early. Axelle approved our change of reservation and we paid the 3 day minimum. She provided local dining recommendations and was helpful. In short a very successful stay. But, there were some bumps that seem to revolve around housekeeping. We found open and partially consumed food in the fridge and freezer, can goods, dry goods (open and sealed), and otc medications (open and new) in several cabinets. There is mold on the inside of the trash can lid which still has the unpacking instructions sticker on the top. The dish washer was full of clean pots and pans. There was a paper towel cardboard and other debris in the recycling. None of the clocks were reset from daylight savings and one requires a ladder to reach. Felt like I borrowed my brother's vacation house.
