Our Lakefront & Creekside home is located on the highly sought after North West side of Higgins Lake. 2 miles from North Higgins Lake State Park and boat launch, and -1 mile from West Public boat launch. (Bring your kayaks bikes or state approved golf carts and orv’s) We are part of an association called Big Creek Association. Our neighborhood consists of roads with very slow moving and very light traffic. The roads are perfect for walking jogging biking and golf carts. (Because we are close to our association neighbors, we have a max of 6-10 people allowed/registered only (pending guests need and the season) absolutely no parking on any of the roads, grass, or beachfront; surrounding our house. We are just a very short walk to the Silver Dollar grill and pub, with wonderful food and a fun atmosphere. We are also very close to several parks, boat launches, and trails for walking biking and ORVs. Snowmobille trailheads are just up the road. Ice fishing is amazing!!
Higgins Lake has absolutely crystal clear turquoise waters, with a soft sandy shallow perimeter. The lake is absolutely perfect for young children, and activities such as kayaking boating fishing skiing and ice fishing. We are also a very short drive to the Au Sable River for more great kayaking and fishing.

Our home is within Big Creek Association on Treasure Blvd. (Lyon Township) We are conveniently located just a couple minutes off from US 27 and also two small blocks from “Old 27”.
We have parking for three at our rental, including inside the garage and two spaces outside the garage. If you bring your own boat, (We provide 1 Mooring, about 100yards from the house) there is space in the beside the creek where you could park your “empty” boat trailer. Please ask and verify with us about bringing your boat and about that parking. (It is a very precise area to hand push your empty trailer)
(no “beaching” of kayaks jet skis or boats)
Absolutely no dock use/trespassing on docks.
