Our friend group rented this home for the holiday weekend! The home was exactly as pictured, everything was fully stocked and it was very spacious!!! The outdoor area was fantastic, it was exactly what we needed. Really great restaurant and coffee shops close by. Overall a 10/10!!!

We had a lovely stay at Jaya’s place. It was a very private and peaceful property, a great place to relax and enjoy the amenities. Jaya was very responsive and welcoming. Would recommend if you are looking for a private getaway in the area.

I would definitely stay here again! very unique home that completely met our needs. private with plenty of room. Jaya was proactive and consistently responsive. Home is in a wonderful area with plenty of site seeing, shopping, and food choices within short driving distance.

The listing was exactly as described. It is a very spacious home located in a beautiful, peaceful, and serene area of Texas. The neighborhood was very quiet. Jaya was very responsive to any and all questions we had. We loved the pool and hot tub along with all the beatiful bluebonnets in the yard. The one thing we had fun with before we realized what was going on is that two of the bedrooms have the remotes for the ceiling fan/light on the same setting and so making changes in one room results in changes in the other as well. Not a big deal and an easy fix but was comical until we figured it out. All in all, Jaya was an excellent host and the property and home was beautiful! As my son and nephew put it, wow ... we get to stay in house that's for "rich" people! LOL!

Hot tub wouldn’t reach/maintain temp. One guest ended up at an urgent care with Staph. Master shower leaked onto floor. Hot tub had rancid odor. Guests in 2nd bedroom had bedbug bites. Property not Airbnb ready. Clearly a property bought for investment purposes from a foreign owner, trying to make some residual income. I discussed these points with the owner, but she only gave excuses.
