The place is in the Downtown. You have everything you need close and a nice view from the window. The apartment has a kitchen. So you can cook here. Those are all prons of this place. The building is old. The furniture in the apartment is old and has stains. When I came inside the building, the door to the apartment was unlocked. During my stay, the alarm rang a few times. When I texted the owner what is it and how to turn it off, he responded only on the day of my check-out. Internet speed is low. I needed to move the microwave which is heavy and table to a better place in the apartment. Too many rules make you feel like the owner wants to charge you extra for everything. Anyway, I paid for the nights, when I didn't stay there because my flight was canceled. But no refunds or understanding can be found in this place. Also, I saw a letter from a sanitary inspection about bed bugs in the building. I don't recommend staying here. It's too much money for a place like this.

Mais l'immeuble et le confort de ne sont pas de dernière génération. L'emplacement lui est tout bonnement EXCEPTIONNEL. La vue depuis l'appartement est à couper le souffle. C'est calme et sécurisant. Merci Edward 👍👍👍

Pros: The location of the place is excellent with mount royal, old port and downtown easily accessible. The flat size is also decent for 2 folks. Everything listed was available. Cons: The building was a bit run down and dirty but the owner can't control that. The furniture was old and the room was not well lit adding to the run down appearance. The photos seem to be of the time when the room was set up. Edward has done well to keep the place clean.

Edward gave a very detailed instructions on how to check in. He responded msg promptly and very helpful. The place was great with good location to metro and downtown. Highly recommended.
