The true value of this place is that is it charming, very tastefully decorated with the two sets of French doors, it is bright and light and you may forget you are staying underneath the main house. The hosts are so quiet you'll barely notice they're there. I would like to emphasize how kind the hosts are and accommodating - I mean truly sweet people and the place was spotless - one of the cleanest airbnbs I've ever stayed in. I think this place is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Loved our stay in Devonport, this had everything we needed and we loved the access to Mount Victoria and the marina area. We would definitely stay there next time!

I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s and Sebastian’s. They were friendly, helpful and approachable. The studio is within easy reach of the bus, which takes you any where in Devonport you might choose to go. The heritage buildings are exquisite and a brilliant example of how Devonport has maintained its connection with its Edwardian past. Karen’s house manual. was well supplied with details of all the heritage walks . Highly recommended from point of view of approachability of the hosts and the way the area enables an enrichment of one’s appreciation of NZ’s architectural past.
