And yet, has all the benefits of an ideal location, conveniently located in walkable distance to LMU and La Playa Vista. A 10 of 10.

I was looking for a place to stay near LAX and this home came across my search. My family and I absolutely LOVED this home as it checked all the boxes and then some! What we saw in the photos was what we got, if not better, in person. It was a very charming and cozy home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Spent a relaxing morning reading while having coffee in the backyard with the fire place on and it was so peaceful. The neighborhood was also beautiful! We felt safe and right at home during our stay there. We were within minutes of grocery stores and dining options. The icing on the cake was the en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. It was so nice to have my own room & bathroom being the only female there. Our host Charles was amazing and super friendly! He was very responsive and checked in on us prior and during our stay. We didn't have to ask for much as all the instructions were crystal clear. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
