La casa è una camera d'albergo senza balcone, priva dei mastelli per la differenziata, con armadio a giorno e altro armadio chiuso non utilizzabile in quanto privo di sostegni e cassettiera. Lo spazio di accesso di entrambi i lati del letto è inadeguato. La casa è priva di asse e ferro da stiro. Lo spazio del bagno è molto limitato e privo di aerazione con l'esterno. Il boiler è in posizione non conforme, è posizionato sopra il lavabo che dispone di prese elettriche. La casa è derivata dalla suddivisione di un immobile più grande, tant'è che l'armadio inutilizzabile nasconde una porta chiusa dell'alloggio B. Queste mancavolezze la rendono idonea a soggiorni di qualche giorno.

Our second stay at Michele’s apartment in the centre of Bari which was so vibrant and full of life! Just a few minutes (less than 3 for us!) walk away from Bari Centrale which you can hop into a regional train to bring you directly to towns like Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. Next to Bari Centrale is Bari FNB station where you can get into a train to get to Bari Airport. From the apartment, we easily walked all around Bari. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and places to shop. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Utensils were also provided for us to prepare simple meals. WiFi works great too! There is an elevator in the building, which we’ve only used once, because the apartment is just one floor up. There is also a friendly building manager. We were lucky and got to meet Michele in person this time round. He is exactly how we’ve imagined based on communicating with him via messages- friendly, helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine and clean. The appartment is only a few meters away from the train station, which was perfect for us as we had to catch an early train and also did some day trips to towns in the area. Of course it can be a bit noisy outside, but especially when the windows are closed you don't hear much of that. Grocery stores are near by. Michele was very nice and helpful.
