Quintessential maritime experience! If you want to immerse yourself in all the best parts of Nova Scotia, please click the book button. This charming 18th century island home will take you back to a simpler time where you plan your day around the tides, the sun, and when to start the oceanside fire. You’ll find the sauna is a central piece, which looks out west toward the sunset and next to a natural wharf you can jump in to cool off. Lots of games to pass the time and surprised to find the boathouse offered darts and foosball! The record player set the mood at night with everything from Sinatra to ABBA to local NS favourites. Jill and Joey went above and beyond to provide a memorable experience - they played a big role in our time there - I’m sure we’ll see them again. The island is a stones throw from the wharf so don’t let the short boat ride discourage you. We’ll be back next year! BOOK IT!

Der Ort ist sehr gut geeignet um sich zu erholen. Man kann sich sportlich betätigen, hat aber auch Ruhe am Lagerfeuer 🔥 mit Blick auf die Bay. In der Nacht auf die Toilette ist nicht ganz einfach, denn sie ist draussen. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und vermittelt einen schönen Stil. Joey ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns super eingewiesen. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 200%.

This is such a special place. A unique experience. We loved kayaking around the islands, the sauna, the seashell outdoor shower - living in the past with all the modern comforts. Thanks for providing a great spot for a family weekend.
