Condo was beautiful & had everything we needed. My only complaint was the air stayed on 68 the entire time we were there & it was never freezing in the condo. With the floor to ceiling windows, both of the bedrooms need ceiling fans.

The condo itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need in it. From extra towels to bottle openers, if you forgot to pack it, they have it. The location is great, right in the middle of everything but just far enough out of the way to not be busy and loud. The hosts are incredible, they made sure that we had everything we needed and were available all the time for any questions or concerns. Definitely a place I'll book again.

Overall, I'm happy I stayed and it was worth the amount I paid. PROS: View at 4SE was gorgeous. The guest room has the views - we stayed in this room because of the view, but it is considerably warmer than the rest of the condo. Set up with Netflix and Cable! Peck Plaza provides luggage and grocery carts! Super super secure building, and its really easy to spot from the roadside. All the residents are super sweet and helpful! Super quiet - as its a residential and not a hotel, the residents are super respectful and you don't hear conversations out the door, or in other condos. There's plenty of towels, and enough room for a family of four! Check out was pretty easy, but make sure you go over them thoroughly to avoid extra fees incurred. CONS: Couple things though - we had a late check in so we were not met at the plaza (understandably), but all the instructions we recieved after were extremely confusing. The hosts are a vacation planners, and not private hosts, so the keys were at their office, not the site. There's no on-site office, so we had to text Carrie about everything (including how to get up to our room). The entrance was not clearly marked (we walked around the upper garage a few times trying to find it). The map for the lower garage was a maze in itself! It set up as a one way in and a separate way out, but the other garage door didn't open. The sliding glass doors are nearly rusted shut, with the obvious side completely seized. We had to have Carrie come over and show us how to actually open it (sounds ridiculous, but you'll understand when you see it). RULES!! We got four FULL pages of rules - make sure you read them! The plaza has a restaurant at the very top floor (Top of Daytona) and I reccomend staying away from it. Its priced like a 5 star but without the great waitstaff you'd expect - for three drinks, a single appetizer, and a dessert to split it cost us $66 (yikes). There was some construction, but wasn't terribly loud.

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and then some! I was concerned with the possibility of being too close to the pool and any noise level we would have while trying to sleep before big planned days. But there is hardly any noise (if any) coming through that glass! The extra bedroom that doesn't have a bathroom attached does get warmer, due to the sun rise, so be sure and keep those curtains closed while you're not there, or maybe request/bring a fan. We would definitely go back and stay here again! There are a ton of things to do in the area! We're a family of 5... I'm 6', husband is 6'3 and three kids (9,11,&15) are 5' - 6'2 and we fit perfect with no complaints from anyone!
