Vlotte communicatie met host Sébastien en ter plaatse met heel vriendelijke Catherine. Ze was wel de lakens vergeten, maar bracht ze snel na. Duidelijke uitleg, voldoende beddengoed, handdoeken, sleutels, keukengerei,… handige ski-opbergruimte,.. groot genoeg voor 13 (klein voor 17!). Echter kleine inkomhal voor alle skibotten. Top verblijf gehad met 3 gezinnen en 7 kinderen. Bedankt!

très bel emplacement, appartements très bien équipés, un cadre extraordinaire pour qui aime la montagne. Un peu déçu par les chambres sans véritable fenêtres mais compensé par une pièce de vie accueillante

Très bon séjour dans ces deux appartements bien situés et bien équipés. Accueil efficace et agréable. Une destination et un logement que nous recommandons volontiers.

Our group was for 12 people. Starting with the positives - The upper floor of the airbnb is light airy and a great group social space. - The beds and sofabeds are comfy - The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, although it could do with some lids for the pans - The location is excellent and it is very easy to get access to the slope The Big Negatives - On arrival the host was, late, rude and gruff with us from the beginning. In a 2 minute rush around the property it was explained to us that we had to make our beds (quite unusual for an Airbnb and not the welcome we were hoping for after 12 hours of travel..) - On attempting to make our beds we discover that we haven't been provided with enough duvets or bed sheets, despite having had communication with the host before coming to the property explaining exactly how many people would be staying and where. When we messaged the host explaining that there was not enough bedding for us, we were told "You have to search. The flat is for 17 people"... Who knew that the airbnb also came with a game of hide and seek at 9pm at night... Dutifully we searched for the bedding but never found enough bed sheets or the correct size duvets for the beds we had.. - On departure, we cleaned the airbnb as you would expect, washing and packing away all dishes, wiping all surfaces, cleaning all floors and binning all leftover food or trash. An extra requirement that the host had made was to strip the bedding (unusual, but not the end of the world so we did it). For the ease of collection, we piled all laundry by the door (bedding and towels). When the host arrived, the first words out of her mouth where "Lack of respect". She then proceeded to shout and scream at us because we hadn't put the laundry in the specific plastic carrier bags that they had been left on our beds in. Despite the fact that she had never asked us to do so. When we explained that we hadn't realised that the carrier bags were important and that we had thrown them away, she began throwing the laundry at us and into our cars... It was at this point we realised that this woman is truly crazy! We decided to leave as there was nothing we could do. At which point she begins to start jumping in front of our cars and opening our doors as we leave for the airport. A very scary experience! Minor Negatives - The 4G connection is non-existent. Something about the place means you get nothing unless you stuck your phone out of the window, which wouldn't be an issue but the wifi is also absolutely useless. - The airbnb is listed to come with the 'Essentials' and 'Cooking basics', the airbnb host has defined this as 0 bin bags, no soap, an empty peppercorn jar, a salt shaker with a teaspoon of salt, no oil and 3 toilet rolls between 12 people. This stuff isn't the end of the world and we just went and bought it, but if it says it is provided when booking then it should be provided. All in all, we still had a good time but it was definitely despite our experience with the airbnb host... I would greatly recommend avoiding this place.
