The place is in a convenient location and minutes to the Sovereign Mall. There’s a few things we would have appreciated to know when booking and they are: the patio/back doors in the room do not lock, the ac in one of the rooms freezes up and have to be turned off to de-ice (which happened to us midnight so we had to sleep without), one of the bathrooms do not have hot water, when booking both sides you only get the key to access one side, and finally, the pool is not clean. Additionally, our notes for booking said check out was at 12 PM however we were accosted at 11 AM stating we were over our check out time. We were also advised that other guests were booked same day and we would hinder their ability to check in on time should we remain there any longer. These are things to consider but otherwise the property looks like the photos and Martina was responsive.

It is basically 2 connected spaces, so there’s 2 kitchens and 2 sitting areas. We were caught off guard that there was no shampoo and body soap as advertised. Make sure to bring laundry soap too if you will need. Cleaning person also wasn’t done for several hours after check in, though she let us into half of the space. It was a nice space, just needed to know we should bring our own soap.

This apartment was well decorated and & super clean. Great secure location! There were a few issues. We definitely needed more towels and wash clothes. 15 or more lights blubs needed replacement. The toilet in the master bathroom needed to be secured to the floor. The host was responsive to the lighting issue and the repairs were made. I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend.
