Beautiful spacious villa. Very clean and tidy. Amazing large swimming pool. Large outside area. Very good central location within easy walking distance to beach and everything Icmeler has to offer. A little noise from nearby hotel but not much noise considering location and villa is extremely private which is great. Was very happy with our stay.

Pros: - Good sized pool and outdoors area - Location is within walking distance to local amenities - air conditioning in bedrooms Cons: - internally, the property requires significant refurbishment to justify a weekly charge of £2000 a week - signs of water ingress in upstairs bedrooms - downstairs shower has electrical sockets inside the shower cubicle - furniture is dated and requires maintenance or replacement - only two Sun loungers provided for a booking of 8 people (further 2 provided when more requested) - kitchen unsuitable for family meals (oven dirty and poorly functioning, no dishwasher, odd selection of crockery) - linen (bedding and towels dated and threadbare needs replaced) - beds and pillows are all very firm and uncomfortable - advised pool would be cleaned in the mornings, this did not occur and guests had to undertake this task - ground covering in garden attracts a significant amount of wasps/hornets (2 guests were stung during our stay)
