Truly amazing place. Little cottage had beautiful details with a theme you will notice almost in every room. New upgraded home inside and it had its unique style. The place really had everything I could ask for for almost a full week of stay. The backyard is surrounded with a mix of pines and colorful trees/bushes, felt private and peaceful. So many beautiful ponds, lakes, hikes around. Aknaksha was protective in communication, easily reachable and quick to respond. That’s always gives a piece of mind when you are in a new place. Please visit and enjoy!!

We stayed at Akanksha’s and Manav’s beautiful cottage for my daughter’s half marathon in Falmouth. The house was so clean, adorable and great, private yard. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My husband, mother and I stayed here for 3 nights when attending a wedding in the area. There was plenty of space for the three of us. The home looks recently renovated and is very tastefully decorated and clean. Akanksha and Manav were very responsive and generously allowed us to check in early and bring our pet. The bedrooms were comfortable and had a sound machine and darkening curtains that allowed for a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities including a coffee machine, French press and electric kettle. They also thoughtfully included little toys, kids' books and a high chair for those with children. We did not have time to take advantage of the private back yard but there were nice places to sit and a hammock to use. The location is very close to Mashpee Commons where we ate at Trevi and did a little shopping. The home is also close to Falmouth. I would definitely recommend staying here! No complaints at all!

Great weekend getaway house. Close to a few of the ponds in Mashpee, which was perfect for our 1.5 year old. Thanks for having all the baby gear at the house as well.
