Went as a family of 4 adults and 4 children! We all had a blast! Tons of extra items in our condo for the kids to play with. It had everything from perfect parking to splash pad for the kids to play! Traffic lighter for us also! Will definitely return to this location!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway! We absolutely loved staying here, location is perfect and the view was spectacular. Condo was great and had everything we needed for our stay! The pool/splash pad was great for our daughter and the chairs/umbrella was great to have access to on the beach!! We definitely plan on coming back to stay here next summer!!

This was our first time staying at Splash and we will definitely be back. I read reviews that mentioned the elevators take a while but they weren’t too bad while we were there. Sarah was responsive when we needed her and always friendly in her messages. Highlights: Complementary chairs/umbrella rental So many beach toys for the kids to use Thomas’ Donuts onsite Cafe with mixed/frozen drinks, pizza and ice cream Comfortable chairs on the balcony

Make sure to bring your own TP and sheets. We didn’t have sheets for the sofa sleeper & they are not provided. We ran out of toilet paper. We were provided 3-rolls for 5-people for 4-days…. Can you spare a square? When it was time to shower we couldn’t find towels, We ended up finding the provided towels wet in the dryer & they smelled of mold (I imagine the cleaning crew left them for us to find?) We had to rewashed & dry them properly(nothing like showing up and having to do laundry on vacation) The Master bedroom bed is broken. The mattress sinks down to the left side and 100% is uneven and not comfortable at all…. The bed itself makes a horrible cracking noise when you move (I only weigh 130lbs) if you’re heavier than that good luck.
