Stayed for a week with two couples and 2 kids. Really enjoyed our stay. The house is a great renovation with each of the 3 mains rooms almost like hotel suites with soo much space inc living space and bathrooms separated for the privacy. The building is great. Laura very communicative ahead and all checked in well. This is well worth a visit. All the great touches in rooms are more hotel than air BnB but it’s a max 6 people. The kitchen is small but fine for 6 but if you have 8 you’ll be on the sofa in the kitchen / dining room. Great location but we are still not sure what the place is. Felt like a house on the side of what maybe a small hotel?, we never saw anyone else and it does say private pool, and it was. We never saw anyone. But we were never quite sure if that was luck or just for us? It’s such a bigger place to have just been us…. So worth asking. Only other note would be air con too weak for a heat wave. But we managed. All in all great D

L'alloggio è ampio, con 3 camere matrimoniali e un divano letto, e ciascuna camera è dotata di bagno privato (molto grande). La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutti gli utensili necessari, tra cui piatti, posate, bicchieri, calici da vino, lavastoviglie, moka e macchinetta Krups con cialde, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Laura è una persona molto disponibile e preparata nell'offrire informazioni riguardo i punti di interesse intorno alla struttura. Consiglio caldamente questa struttura e non escludiamo la possibilità di tornarci in futuro!

Incredible stay - honestly it felt like a dream! It was my first stay in Tuscany since 2009 and was the icing on the cake to the last few weeks of travel in Italy. The space is all welcoming, extremely private, and the staff unobtrusive. It was so quiet, I was worried I couldn't sleep because I'm so used to all the traffic/cars/barking dogs/trains. The pool was perfect, and the house was wonderfully cool, so well decorated. Loved the Induction stovetop, everything you need to cook is at hand. Would go back in a heartbeat!
