points positifs l'accueil de Benjamin et la localisation du logement. points négatifs le ménage qui est à revoir et la vétusté de la cabine de douche. il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce le fait qu'il y ait 5 logements

Benjamin est accueillant, dynamique, très attentif et réactif aux demandes . L'appartement est très bien placé, agréable et lumineux. La literie (chambre et convertible) est de bonne qualité. La grande terrasse est bien aménagée et a été appréciée . La place de parking proposée dans la cour est un vrai plus car difficile de trouver à se garer dans Azay. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre sejour chez Benjamin.

Bonne communication avec Benjamin, description irréprochable pour accéder à l'appartement, détecteur de lumière très utile pour notre arrivée de nuit. Je recommande ce logement.

Great location in the centre of Azay. All attractions and restaurants only a short walk away. The apartment was private with a dedicated parking space. The apartment was spacious with a large patio area and generally very comfortable. Unfortunately it does need some maintenance and especially some cleaning. Some of the bedding needs thorough cleaning as does the bathroom and the patio area. There was no washing machine which there should have been. We had a leak from the boiler which could have been quite serious however Benjamin was quick to send someone and sort the problem out. We had the use of an adjoining apartment until a new boiler was installed quite speedily.

We found the rental very comfortable and quiet, it is also in a great location that allowed us to walk to various places in town. All through our stay, appreciated the help and easy communication with our host Benjamjn. Overall, we totally enjoyed it and recommend it.
