We had to book with Kim last minute. She was immediately accommodating and understanding. The place was so comfy and quiet. I highly recommend this host and her home.

Stayed 4 nights in Kim’s unit and we had a pleasant stay. Unit looked just like the photos in the listing and was comfortable for 3 people, with a 4th joining for 1 night. A few things to note: - street parking was easy during our stay -a family with a child lives above, so those booking should expect to hear occasional footfalls - the 5 and 44 bus routes stop nearby, but there are hills in the area

I have to say that I did not read the description of the unit as thoroughly as I should have. I did not realize there would not be a kitchen. There is a refrigerator and a microwave and I am someone that can improvise, so it was okay. I made it work. I think that the fact that there is no kitchen should be more prominent in the description of the place. That said, I was very comfortable, I felt safe (important for a woman staying on her own), and very much enjoyed the large tv to watch movies. Inspite of the steep stairs there is a very convenient way to unload and load your luggage.
