“Total PERFECTION” is how I would sum up my 5-week stay with Toshi!! It takes an enormous amount of responsibility to run an Airbnb especially staying in the property, having a very active life with also getting a PhD! Quite simply I am in awe of how he so effortlessly caters to every guest’s needs, including my own, cleaned and prepared the other room with every changing guest - exhausting yet he did it with a smile every time! I felt like I lived there, it was that comfortable. We are both night owls and I really enjoyed our midnight chats. Toshi is super chill - everyone uses his kitchen and living room as if it were their own. I’m in a transitional state since all of my family have moved to heaven and Toshi made me feel so happy and such a part of his world. I’m deeply grateful!

Great room, friendly host, super close to campus. Also a great value for what you get. Toshi is so nice and accommodating to the guest. Would highly recommend.

This is the best place anyone can look up for in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. You have all the support provided like washing machine,dryer, refrigerator etc.,and for a best price. Toshi is one of the best host I have ever interacted and is very helpful. Big thumbs up for the place and for the host.
