We had a great experience from the moment we got there until the moment we left. The location can't be beat being within walking distance to downtown. Terri was a great host and provided a variety of options for breakfast. Each room had its own bathroom which was a big plus. There was a cute front porch to sit and relax with rocking chairs and a table and chairs. We highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was in every sense wonderful. Starting withTerri who looks over every detail. She is a true professional. A delightful sense of humor, willing to go beyond normal expectations to ensure a great stay, and a very accomplished cook as well. The accommodations were excellent, the bed very comfortable and the home exceptionally appointed. The exterior is professionally designed and in the evening and early morning a delightful place to have wine or coffee. The location was close to main downtown area, which has it’s own charm.

When we first booked with Justin there was a change due to Covid. He had sold his place but he quickly made arrangements to have us stay at a cute bread and breakfast in the same location of Charlevoix. We picked. Halle pic because we were taking the boat to go to Beaver Island the next morning! Justin did a great job communicating to us when this all happened. The home we stayed in was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We each got our own spacious room and our own private bath. Rita was there to great us and was the best host! We told her we had to catch the ferry the next morning to go to Beaver Island so we probably would have to skip breakfast. She instead was happy to make us an incredible breakfast with an egg dish, fruit, juice, and coffee! It was such a great! Would highly recommend staying in this place for the warmth of hospitality, within walking distance to town and closeness to the boating dock!

This is a nice property located within walking distance of the downtown Charlevoix area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole house felt like home. Our hostesses did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and valued as guests. I would definitely stay here again on a trip to Charlevoix.
