The location of this accommodation was lovely. We had a lovely view and it was quiet and well situated for both the Nantes Brest Canal and les voies vertes for cycling. The apartment was very good in some ways but was let down in other ways. We found the kitchen clean and very well stocked, the main bathroom was very clean and spacious and the garden area was lovely. However the single beds were uncomfortable and very small and the bedding very tired looking. The sofas in the lounge were in very poor condition, uncomfortable and even slightly smelly. The floor in the kitchen was weak in places. We were disappointed the washing machine was out of action but it did say this in the listing. The dishwasher did not seem to work either and the oven got much too hot whatever temperature we set it at. For these reasons we felt the apartment was overpriced and poor value.
