Indicazioni molto precise con le regole per il check-in e tutte le info necessarie. Ottimo il sistema di self check-in, nonostante un piccolo problema con il portone del palazzo. Appartamento più piccolo di quello che appare nelle foto, ma nel complesso buono per 2-4 persone. Divano letto non comodissimo per due persone. Il sevizio di pulizia è arrivato mezz’ora prima dell’orario di check-out mentre eravamo ancora dentro l’appartamento in procinto di lasciarlo.

luogo tranquillo e ben posizionato, l'appartamento è curato, pulito, completo di tutti i comfort. Siamo stati bene nulla da dire, anzi torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura. Grazie all’host per la cortesia e la disponibilità.

We couldn’t leave quick enough. We all had an uneasy and uncomfortable night. We had to air the apartment well although we had no control over the time of heating. The whole apartment smelt, possibly from the very mouldy shower. The extra pull out bed and sofa bed are very uncomfortable. The sheets were course. The blinds to the bedroom aren’t working allowing the neon lights from the opposite building to shine in. Hearing my daughter screaming at the sight of a large cockroach in the bathroom was the last straw. Along with baby ones in the kitchen. At first the owner appeared blaze until she realised the gravity of an infestation. She offered to move us but not until 3pm and gave no details, pictures etc of where she offered. We just wanted out as quick as possible and complained to Air B&B who have also been very slow to respond or resolve our complaint. We left as quickly as we could relocating, checking all our property to ensure no cockroaches came away with us.

Was dusty when arrived but when I contacted the host she sent someone to clean the place almost immediately(much appreciated). Giving 3 stars due to the internet. There was fiber to the premise but it was hooked up to an LTE router which was unreliable for smart working with the zoom call dropping out every few minutes.
