Memo's place was very clean, quiet and private, and yet, 5-6 min drive from city center. The recommendations on the restaurants were all great and the communication regarding checkin, directions, and checkout was very clear as well.

My guests and I loved staying here and we did not run into any problems. Memo was very communicative and responsive and I never felt confused at any moment during the stay. I appreciated all of the clear instructions. There was a recommendation book that was nice as well! Everything was clean and tidy and we had no problems finding it. The place is in a busy area but with the advanced instructions (if you can't tell i appreciated them😂) and YouTube videos it was easy to find! Overall I would 11/10 recommend!

Very comfortable place and a short drive to the bridge, shops and restaurants. Hosts were so helpful and accommodating. Would love to come back and stay here next time we’re in Chattanooga

I really struggled with this review…I wanted to give 5 stars because everything was awesome! We loved the location, the easy of finding the place, the ease of getting to town and how clean the place was. The 4 stars is because of the noise above us. We used the sound machine and the running above was still loud. We were told it was quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am. I thought that meant upstairs too, it did not. Unfortunately the running above our heads woke up all 4 guests both mornings promptly at 6:45 AM even with the sound machines one in each room. There are also 2 flights of stairs down to the location. So if you have knee issues or a mobility disability, I wouldn’t recommend the location. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this location for all the conveniences it has to offer. Very safe and affordable.
